Federal filings: any US-based carrier
USDOT numbers, MC operating authority, BOC-3, UCR, Form 2290 and Clearinghouse work are filed with federal agencies and follow the same rules regardless of your home state. We handle these for carriers based anywhere in the United States, working remotely by phone, email and secure document exchange. You do not need to visit an office.
State filings: IRP, IFTA and permits
IRP apportioned plates, IFTA licenses and state weight-distance accounts are issued by your base state, and each state has its own forms, proof-of-business rules and processing habits. Do not claim states that have not actually been handled.]
